In this environment, you feel less motivated or encouraged to smoke.
If you surrounded with smokers, your cigarette intake can go up substantially. If you are working in an office where smokers abound, you have little encouragement to stop smoking. You do not have much choice either. Indeed, you will find it difficult to stop smoking.

You will be tempted to smoke anyway once you are with your pals. Again, you tend to smoke more in the presence of other smokers. Moreover, you have little or no motivation to stop smoking.
