Your body needs sufficient and regular supply of minerals. Though food is also good source of minerals, one needs to have them by water as well. A person can live without food; however, not without water. Water is a critical resource that keeps you alive and healthy! One has to choose filtered water that is full of minerals required by the body. Inadequate minerals can dehydrate you no matter how much water you drink since it lacks sodium.

Distilled water during body detox

Though distilled water is harmful in general, it has its own uses. For example, it is good to use distilled water when undergoing detoxification process. It helps to remove toxic from the human body. Notwithstanding, people should consume distilled water for a short period.  Medical doctors do not suggest drinking distilled water and do so only under special circumstances.

Importance of consuming regular or filtered water

Water borne diseases can spread from the contaminated tap water that comes from local water supply. However, you can always filter the water instead of going through the distillation process and strip off its essential minerals. Moreover, drinking distilled water causes premature aging and other ailments sue to insufficient mineral deposits and vitamins, bone calcium depletion, to name a few, though bad diet plan is additionally to be blamed in this kind of cases.

In addition, the less our mineral intake, the greater the risk for osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, hypothyroidism, coronary artery disease, high blood pressure and a long list of degenerative diseases generally associated with premature aging (3).

Inseparable bond between Mother Nature and humans

Importantly, nature and human body have developed inseparable bond in a healthy unison. Finally, you must drink two liters of natural or filtered water in a day. Water not only replenishes lost fluids in your body, but also delivers essential minerals. Stay away from drinking distilled water and stay healthy!

  1. Distilled water is clean but is deprived of nutrients that will further benefit the body. In short, it is useless (as stated above). But if you don’t distill water you’d be drinking liquid with harmful bacteria in it. So it’s between keeping your body safe from harmful organisms and making sure to get the nutrients a water contains. I’ve been reading a lot about certain preparations mixed with water to retain its nutrients. Any heard about it?
