If you are after some fun and laughter then you can grab you chums and visit a comedy bar. Do not visit those kinds that provide offensive jokes as you might find yourself more depressed if you have been the subject of the gag show. In some countries, one may find laughing clubs that are free to attend. Laughing is one of the most effective natural therapies to relieve stress.

Spend time with loved ones

Share a moment with the person that loves you the most. No matter whether you intend to spend your moments with your spouse or a friend, just do not forget to be yourself. Have some fun and do not think about anything more. This is your moment to feel relaxed. You do not think about anything more so you do not cock up with your life again. Live in the moment.

Pamper yourself

Our life is full of challenges. What we have to do in a day never ends. However, there are times we feel overwhelmed with amount of details we handle everyday. We feel the need for let go of the stress that built due to relentless activity of ours. One should consciously include the time to relax as part of routine and spend the quality time nourishing body and mind. One need not feel guilty to pamper self now and then to de stress and feel energized.
