How to Completely Eradicate Dandelions from Your Garden or Lawn
Using herbicides or other natural remedies
Another way to control dandelions in your grassed areas is to use herbicides. Some avoid this strategy because herbicides may lead to damages to the other plants. However, in situations where pulling out the weeds does not work, this could be the option left with you. Importantly, you should look for those herbicides that don’t have harmful chemicals.
Further, if you are wary of using harmful herbicides you may even pour household vinegar on the dandelions to make them wither (2). Alternatively, you can pour hot water on dandelions for 2 or 3 days to root them out from your garden or lawn. Moreover, keeping your lawn or garden well fed with organic nutrients coupled with regular maintenance may effectively keep off the weeds.
Finally, keeping your garden free of unwanted plants not only makes your lawn healthy, but also makes your garden less cluttered without weeds like dandelions.
