Humble beginning
Oprah Winfrey said to be one of the greatest philanthropists in the history, the richest African-American of the 20th century, and one of the most influential women in the world. She is a producer and host of Oprah Winfrey talk show- that became the most popular talk show in America.
Oprah Winfrey was born on the January 29, 1954, into single mother, and poverty. In addition, to the surprise of many, it is when the success has started. Oprah Winfrey comes from an extreme poverty; her childhood was full of things like wearing dresses made of potato sacks. She ran away from home, became pregnant, and raped, all by the age of 14. At school, despite her dysfunctional family she became the best in her class and won the title of Miss Black Tennessee at the age of 17. It is when the greatness starts to emerge.
She got a job in radio while still in high school, and began co-anchoring the local evening news at the age of 19. She earned international recognition when she boosted the radio she was working on into first place, and launched her own production company. Nevertheless, she poured her passion into everything she did. It became a game! Indeed, it is one of high achiever’s secretes. One of the leadership games the achievers of our world like to play.
