I really love to stay in the sun. For sure, if you life on the philippines thats very easy. But when i lived in my Homy Country i also enjoyed every minute i can spent outside.
In that way FOR ME there is only this one thing important. Fresh Air, Clear Sky and if you can access Water. So you have everything what the body need in my opinion. Cuz you can ride Bike to a lake, or smin in a river. Whatever you do, don’t stay all time at home in front of your PC or TV!
